ASPEN'S BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Cut them in half, cut stems off, coat with lots of olive oil, tons of sea salt, & pepper. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping 1 time! You want them to get nice and brown…that’s the sugars caramelizing. That’s why they don’t taste sweet if you steam them. You can also combine them with blue cheese and chopped pecans after you roast them. Heavenly!
